Values:

Default: 2 (ZDX, ZDXI, ZDXK)
0 (ZDX-Mac, ZDXK-Mac)
Description: &D0 Modem ignores DTR signal.
&D1 When DTR drops, the modem hangs up. While
DTR is low, the modem accepts commands but
will not dial or auto-answer until DTR goes high
again.
&D2 Same as &D1.
&D3 When DTR drops, the modem hangs up and
resets as if an ATZ command were issued.

Description: $D0 Do not dial when DTR goes high.
$D1 Dial stored number N0 when DTR goes high.
