Theunitwassettoautomaticmodeby
mistakewithnohumidistatconnected.
Humidistatfault(automaticmode).
Settomanualoperatingmodeandcheckthatthedehumidier
starts.Iftheunitstarts,theproblemprobablylieswiththe
humidistat.Checkthehumidistatbycheckingthatthe
dehumidierstartswhenthesetpointofthehumidistatis
lowered.Resetthehumidistatsetpointafterthecheck.
Calibratethehumidistatasnecessaryorreplaceit.
Thethermalprotectioninthefanmotorhas
beentriggered.
-Switchofftheunitanddisconnectthepowersupply
-Removetheconnectionpiecesforthehosesorductsandthe
ltercartridgeontheprocessand/orreactivationside.
-Checkthattheimpellerswhicharenowaccessiblerotate
freely.
Unithasstopped.
Thehigh-temperaturefusehasbeen
tripped.
Checkthattheltersandhosesorductsarenotcloggedand
resetthefuse.Beforethefusecanbereset,theunitmustbe
disconnectedfromthepowersourceandthenreconnected
onceithascooled.Theprimarycausesbehindtriggeringofthe
high-temperaturefuseare:
-Faultinthereactivationairow.
-Blockedlter,hoseorduct.
-Blockedimpeller.
Reactivationtemperatureistoolow.Checkthattheoriceplate(A)istted.
Thereactivationheaterisnotoperating.Checkthatthereactivationheaterisworkingbymeasuring
currentconsumption,seechapter8.4,Technicaldata.
ThereactivationairowisincorrectCheckthelterandanyhosesorductsforleakageorblockage.
Theuseofarestrictingangeincombinationwithwallpipes
canalsocauseanincorrectreactivationairow.
Lossofperformance:
