6.7 Latest failure
The 2 latest failure can be viewed in the comfort settings 12-a.
After selection of the function, the display will indicate the latest failure, by pressing SW1 the next failure
will occur. Decreased by pressing SW2 the first failure will be showed again.
When the failures are viewed, activate SW1 or SW2 for 3 seconds in order exit.
6.8 Run-in
When the control unit is powered up for the first time and/or the display is indicated a failure 0, the speed
control encoder must be run-in to make sure that the top and bottom values and average speed is
adjusted. That is done by following the sequence below.
• Turn on the power.
• The display will indicate a failure 0.
• Or choose comfort setting 13-a.
• Push the up button until top end position is reached (hold to run mode), be a wear that there are
no top limit switches.
• Push the emergency stop or normal stop in for 3 seconds in order to reset the counter value, and
the display briefly indicates "S=" to indicate that the top limit counter value is reset to zero.
• Release the emergency stop.
• Push the down button in and keep it in (hold to run mode). The door will go down until the
pneumatic safety edge is being activated (hold to run mode), that will load the bottom counter
value.
• Push the emergency stop or the normal stop in for 3 seconds in order to store the chosen value,
and the display briefly indicates "S=" to indicate that the bottom limit value is stored.
• Release the emergency stop.
