Pre-Installation Consulting
Nautel field support specialists are available to answer questions and work with you to ensure that your
site will be ready for the installation of your NV10LT/NV7.5LT transmitter. For support, contact Nautel
Customer Service and request assistance (“On-Site Support” on page 2.11.3).
Installation and Commissioning Service
Nautel offers an installation and commissioning service to customers who want assistance with
configuring and commissioning a new Nautel transmitter. After the customer completes the transmitter
assembly and installation, Nautel technical personnel will spend up to three days on-site to help make
the ac power, RF and remote connections, and to assist with the configuration and testing of Nautel
equipment.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the following stages of installation have been completed,
prior to the arrival of Nautel personnel:
Ac power wiring for the transmitter has been installed and connected at the transmitter and at the
breaker panel or the building’s service entrance.
