Program list:
The user is able to choose the desired exercise
program; SETUP page can be entered from this
screen.
Setting
According to the program chosen, the user is
prompted to set the required parameters to
begin workout.
The screen automatically displays the exercise
program after entering the parameters.
Multi-Media functions can be accessed on this
screen.
