Finally, check that the magnet is in place on the pulley and that the speed sensor is aligned with the magnet and connected to the data cable; realign the sensor if needed, or replace it if damaged.

Make sure the strap is directly against the skin and the contact area is wet. Select the Edit User Profile option for the User Profile. Go to the WIRELESS HR setting and make sure that the current value is set to ON. Try moving the unit away from sources of interference like TVs or microwaves. If the issue persists, replace the strap. If HR still does not function, replace the Console.
