Make sure that the receipt roll can turn freely by
spinning the paper roll away from the front of the
printer. If the roll does not turn freely, remove it from
the printer and check that there are no foreign objects
preventing the paper roll from rotating.

Prior to reloading the paper under the receipt cover,
make sure that the leading edge of the paper is fairly
straight. Thread the leading edge of the roll under
the metal guide and the receipt cover as shown.
