The indication of a journal printer paper jam will be
signs of overprinting on the journal roll.
The procedure for clearing a paper jam depends on
whether the paper has torn or not. To see if the paper has
torn proceed as follows:
1 Open the exterior of the ATM.
2 If your ATM does not have the auto-supervisor
option, press the switch on the operator panel to the
SUPERVISOR position.
3 Press the green latch and slide the printer forwards
until its slides are fully extended.
