How To Clear Currency Dispenser Jams

●
If the SOH message indicates a bill jam in the
main transport, proceed to Step 8.
●
If the SOH message indicates a bill jam at sensor
2, proceed to Step 10.
●
If the SOH message indicates a bill jam at sensor
1 or a purge bin overfill, proceed to Step 12.
●
If the SOH message indicates a bill jam at sensor
3, 4, or 5 proceed to Step 15.

Lift the green catch on the right-hand side of the
currency cassette indicated in the SOH message
(cassette position 1 is the top cassette) and pull the
cassette out of the ATM.

Reach inside the hole vacated by the cassette and
remove any jammed bills.
