NEC SV8100 IP-PBX & BroadCloud SIP Trunk
5. Configure another manipulation rule (Manipulation Set 4) for BroadCloud SIP Trunk.
This rule is applied to forward messages sent to the BroadCloud SIP Trunk IP Group
with the '00' prefix and the IP-PBX IP address in the Contact initiated by the IP-PBX.
This removes the '00'.
