1 Preface
Read all product documentaon and product idencaon plate carefully before
installaon, use, and service of this product. Replace documentaon immediately if lost.
Nederman reserves the right, without previous noce, to modify and improve its products

This product is designed to meet the requirements of relevant EU direcves. To maintain
this status, all installaon, maintenance, and repair is to be done by qualied personnel
using only Nederman original spare parts and accessories. Contact the nearest authorized
distributor or Nederman for advice on technical service and obtaining spare parts. If there
are any damaged or missing parts when the product is delivered, nofy the carrier and the
local Nederman representave immediately.

3 Descripon
3.1 Funcon
FlexPAK 800/1000 is a complete vacuum unit with a direct driven side channel fan ed as
one unit on a steel frame and a start and control unit with an integrated 24 V transformer.
The unit is controlled by a frequency converter, has automac start/stop, and automac
lter cleaning.
Filtraon in two stages
FlexPAK 800/1000 lters parcles in two stages. In the rst stage, coarse parcles are
separated away in the inlet. In the second stage, ne parcles are separated away by lter
bags, see gure 9.
