As new ducts may contain dirt, parcles or debris, the compressed air pipe is to be blown
clean before connecng the unit. A compressed air lter, see gure 9, item 9, is to be
installed to ensure the reliable and safe operaon of the unit. A compressed air valve, that
vents the remaining pressure of the unit, is to be installed, see gure 9, item 8.
5.11.2 Installaon
NOTE! Secure the compressed air line properly.
Connect a compressed air supply to the inlet, see gure 4C item 20, and gure
9, item 7.
Air pressure hoses are to be ed together with electrical cables with straps, alternavely
in a common protecve hose. Air pressure hoses are to be anchored mechanically.
6 Maintenance
Read Chapter ‘3 Descripon’ before carrying out any maintenance work. Maintenance
work means that the equipment will have to be opened and possibly dismantled. This may
constute a risk and the maintenance personnel need to know about the risks that may
occur when acng incorrectly.
WARNING! Risk of personal injury.
• The motor, fan and air duct may become very hot during operaon.
• Always use an approved breathing mask, goggles and gloves when replacing the dust
sack and other work that involves exposure to dust.
• Use ear protecon when the unit is in operaon and work is carried out in the vicinity of
the upper secon of the dust collector.
CAUTION! Risk of equipment damage.
During maintenance, it may be necessary to remove the acousc enclosure over the motor
while the motor is in operaon. Take care to prevent objects from falling down into the
motor cooling fan.
NOTE! Always disconnect the supply voltage with the maintenance switch before any
service, whether mechanical or electrical. Always lock the maintenance switch in the o
posion and, if possible, secure with a padlock.

NOTE! The unit is CE-marked. Connecons to the unit, inial start-up and maintenance are
to be carried out according to the product manuals..
