5. Press the WPS button on the router.
Wait until "Network connection successful" is shown
in the display.
6. Touch "Connect to the app".
The appliance is ready to connect to the app.
7. Launch the app on your mobile device and follow the
instructions for automatic network login.
The login process is complete once "Successfully
connected to the app" is shown in the display.
8. Touch “End assistant”.
Manual registration in the home network
Note: You can start the Home Connect Assistant during
initial start-up or using the menu.
1. Touch the # touch button to switch on the
appliance.
2. Touch the 0 touch button.
The main menu appears.
3. Swipe to the right or left to select "Home Connect
Assistant E".
4. Touch "Next" to start the Home Connect Assistant.
5. Touch & to select "Connect manually".
The appliance is ready to connect to the network
manually. The display shows the oven network's
SSID and network password.
6. Log your mobile device into the oven network.
Wait until "Network connection successful" is shown
in the display.
7. Touch "Connect to the app".
The appliance is ready to connect to the app.
8. Launch the app on your mobile device and follow the
instructions for manually logging into your network.
The login process is complete once "Successfully
connected to the app" is shown in the display.
9. Touch “End assistant”.
Remote Start
If you want to start the oven using your mobile device,
you must first activate remote start.
Notes
"Remote start" is only visible if the Home Connect
Assistant has been successfully completed.
Please note that some operating modes can only be
started on the oven itself.
1. Touch the # touch button to switch on the
appliance.
2. Touch the 0 touch button.
The main menu appears.
3. Swipe to the left or right to select "Remote start F".
4. Touch "Switch on".
F appears in the display.
Remote start is automatically deactivated in the
following situations:
The oven door is opened 15 minutes after remote
start is activated.
The oven door is opened 15 minutes after the oven
operation ends.
24 hours after remote start is activated.
When you start the oven using the controls on the
appliance itself, remote start is automatically activated.
You can now make changes or start a new programme
from your mobile device.
Home Connect settings
You can adjust Home Connect to suit your
requirements at any time.
Note: In the Home Connect settings, press the ! button
to display network and device information.
WiFi
If WiFi is activated, you can use the Home Connect
functions.
Note: In networked standby mode, your appliance
requires a maximum of 2 W.
1. Touch the # touch button to switch on the
appliance.
2. Touch the 0 touch button.
The main menu appears.
3. Swipe to the left or right to select "MyProfile 4".
4. Touch "Next" to open the MyProfile menu.
5. Swipe to the left or right to select "Home Connect".
6. Touch "Next" to open the Home Connect menu.
7. Touch "Switch on Wi-Fi" or "Switch off WiFi" to switch
the radio module on or off.
Disconnecting from the network

You can disconnect your oven from the network at any
time.
Note: If your oven is disconnected from the network, it
is not possible to operate the oven using Home
Connect.
1. Touch the # touch button to switch on the
appliance.
2. Touch the 0 touch button.
The main menu appears.
3. Swipe to the left or right to select "MyProfile 4".
4. Touch the "Next" field to open the MyProfile menu.
5. Swipe to the left or right to select "Home Connect".
6. Touch "Next" to open the Home Connect menu.
7. Touch "Disconnect from network".
The oven is now disconnected from the network.

3. Swipe to the left or right to select "MyProfile 4".
4. Touch "Next" to open the MyProfile menu.

6. Touch "Next" to open the Home Connect menu.
