Description Sets/reports high limit for temperature.
Parameters -100.00 – 200.00 – High temperature limit in ˚C.
Reset Value 50
Example SOUR:TEMP:PROT 50; Sets the upper limit for temperature to 50ºC.
SOURce[1]:TEMPerature:SPOint <nrf> TEC
SOURce[1]:TEMPerature:SPOint?
Description Sets/reports temperature setpoint.
Parameters -100.00 – 200.00 – Temperature setpoint in ˚C.
Reset Value 25
Example SOUR:TEMP:SPO 25; Sets the set point for temperature to 25ºC.
SOURce[1]:TEMPerature:TOLerance <nrf> TEC
SOURce[1]:TEMPerature:TOLerance?
Description Sets/reports TE controller temperature tolerance. This setting is used in status reporting (see chapter 3). When
the measured temperature is more than this amount over the setpoint, the “Out of Tolerance” bit will be set in
the condition register. The bit will also be set if the measured temperature is less than this amount below the
setpoint.
Parameters 0 – 200 – The tolerance value in °C.
Reset Value 10.0
Example SOUR:TEMP:TOL 10.0; Sets the tolerance value to 10°C.
SOURce[1]:TOLerance:TIME <nrf> TEC
SOURce[1]:TOLerance:TIME?
Description Sets/reports TE controller temperature tolerance time. This setting is used in status reporting (see chapter 3).
Allows the user to set/report the amount of time for the unit to be stable before the setpoint operation
completes.
Parameters 0 – 600 – The tolerance time in seconds.
Reset Value 60
Example SOUR:TOL:TIME 60; Sets the tolerance time to 60 seconds.
SOURce[1]:STABle? TEC
Description Reports if the temperature has settled to user-specified temperature and time window.
SOURce[1]:VOLTage:LIMit <nrf> LAS
SOURce[1]:VOLTage:LIMit?
Description Sets/reports laser diode compliance voltage maximum limit.
Parameters 0.000 – 18.000 – Maximum voltage in Volts.
Reset Value 9.000; Sets the compliance voltage to 9V.
