Routing and Bridging Mode(Brouter) : routing is active, bridging is active
In this mode, only IP packets are routed, and all other packets (IPX, NetBEUI, etc.) are
handled with bridging. You set up an IP address to the interface and enable bridging to
the interface.
Viewing the operation mode of each interfaces
To verify the interface mode, use the “show interface” command.
COMMAND (conf)# show interface [<ifname>]
