5.1.1 Power and current ratings
For a full explanation of ‘Normal Duty’ and ‘Heavy Duty’ refer to the Control User Guide.
The continuous current ratings given are for maximum 40 C (104 F), 1000 m altitude and 3 kHz
switching frequency. Derating is required for higher switching frequencies, ambient temperature >40
C (104 F) and high altitude. For further information, refer to Chapter 5.1.2 Power and current
ratings (Derating for switching frequency and temperature) on page 84.
