With the Ni kon F-401lN4004, set the camera to either program auto
(aperture dial to S, shutter speed dial to A) or shutter-priority auto (aper·
ture dial to S, sh utter speed dial to desired spee d) exposure mode.
11. Set lens to minimum
aperture (largest
f-number).
With AF Nikkor lenses, lock l ens
aperture at minimum setting. (See
