Press Menu, and select Applications and Collection.
• To select and open an application, scroll to the application, and press Open or
. For options, press Options, and see Options available for an application
on page 127.
• Press Options, and to download an application to the phone, select Downloads
and App. downloads. You must have the configuration settings for the browser
set in your phone to use the downloading. See Configuration settings on page
96.
To set sounds, lights, and shakes for the application, select App. settings.
Running some applications may consume battery power faster (you may need to
connect the phone to the charger).
Options available for an application
• Delete to delete the application or application set from the phone.
• Details to view additional information about the application.
• Update version to check if a new version of the application is available for
download from the services (network service).
• Web page to provide further information or additional data for the application
from an Internet page. This feature needs to be supported by the network. It is
only shown if an Internet address has been provided with the application.
• App. access to control an application’s access to functions that may require
your acknowledgement before use, for example, network access.
