Step 22. At the prompt, enter the active port IP address and mask that the device
should use (for example, 10.135.4.172/10). The following console output is
displayed.
In case of an IPv6, the IPv6 address should be
entered in standard colon hexadecimal notation
with a prefix length.
example: 3FFE::1/112
Enter eth-mgmt Active IPv6 Address (Type 0 if none desired):
Step 23. At the prompt, enter 0. The following console output is displayed.
Enter eth-mgmt Standby IP Address (Type 0 if none desired):
Step 24. At the prompt, enter the standby port IP address and mask that the device
should use. The following output is displayed.
In case of an IPv6, the IPv6 address should be
entered in standard colon hexadecimal notation
with a prefix length.
example: 3FFE::1/112
Enter eth-mgmt Standby IPv6 Address (Type 0 if none desired):
Step 25. At the prompt, enter 0. The following output is displayed.
You specified network locations which might require
static routes to reach. You will be asked to
enter static routes until all the locations become
reachable.
Static routes should be entered in the following format:
prefix/mask next-hop ip-address
example: 192.168.0.0/16 next-hop 192.168.1.254
Would you like to add a static route? (yes/no)
Step 26. At the prompt, enter yes. The following output is displayed.
Enter ip route:
Step 27. At the prompt, enter the static IP route. The following output is displayed.
OK
Would you like to add another static route? (yes/no)
Step 28. At the prompt, enter no. The following output is displayed.
Would you like to add another static IPv6 route? (yes/no)
Step 29. At the prompt, enter no. The following console output is displayed.
Current configuration enables use of console (setting is "no console-disabled")
Press ENTER to proceed with existing setting or 'disable' to disable console access
