WhiletheBTSGPSreceiverandrecommendedantennasprovideahighlevelofoutof
bandinterference,rejectioncareneedstobetakentoavoidplacingtheGPSantennain
thedirectradiationpathofcellularorothertransmitantennas.Tominimizeinterference
potentialtheGPSantennaneedstobepositionedatadifferentelevationandasfaras
possiblefromnearbytransmitantennas.ThegraphpresentedinFigure10:Maximum
GPSReceiverInterferencePowerLevelvs.Frequencycanbeusedtoidentifythe
maximuminterferencesourcepowerlevelspresentedattheGPSantennasurface
(assumingthataNokiarecommendedGPSantennaisinuseandRFsignalpresented
totheGPSreceivermeetsalllevelandnoisefigurerequirements).
