Deleting a Profile
NOTE: You cannot delete the primary profile, which is associated with the BN.com account used for all pur-
chases on your NOOK. Also, a child profile cannot delete an adult profile.
NOTE: Deleting a profile does not delete content on your NOOK. It deletes the association of content with a
particular profile.
To delete a profile, do this:
1. On the main Settings page, tap Profile.
The Profile settings screen lists all the profiles available on your NOOK.
2. If the primary profile is not selected, select it.
The primary profile appears at the top of the list of profiles.
3. Tap the EDIT button in the upper right corner of the screen.
4. Tap the trash can icon next to the name of the proifle you want to delete.
A dialog box opens, warning that you are about to delete a profile and that this operation cannot be undone.
5. To continue with deleting the profile, tap Delete.
