Service LED Heater Hours

Description:
A timer indicates how many more hours the heaters need to remain on
before the service LED illuminates (service required).
Value:
0 hours (disabled) to 9999
Resolution:
1 hour

Format:
Use:
The service interval time (parameter 5) must be enabled before this
parameter will work.
Note: Heater hours accumulate whenever the heaters LED is
illuminated.

Automatic Pump On
Description:
Determines if the pump will turn on automatically when the melter is
ready.
Value:
0 = disabled or 1 = enabled

Use:
If Automatic Pump On is disabled, you must press the pump key to turn
the pump on.

Automatic Pump On Temperature
Description:
Sets the temperature at which the pump will automatically turn on.
CAUTION: Unnecessary starting of the pump before the hot melt is fully
melted can lead to premature pump wear.
Value:
0 = The pump turns on when the ready LED turns on
OR
1 C to 230 C (1 F to 450 F) = The pump turns on when the tank
reaches the selected temperature.

Use:
Parameter is only used when parameter 8 is set to 1 (enabled).
If a specific temperature value is used (as opposed to the default value
of 0), only enter a set-point temperature that is lower than the set-point
temperatures of the tank. A set-point temperature greater than the
set-point of the tank will be ignored, and the pump will turn on when the
melter is ready.
