1) Open the Cover (Fig. 4).

2) Remove the Oil Fill Cap by turning it counter clockwise (Fig. 5).

3) Remove the cap for Maintenance Oil and install the Oil Filling Nozzle (Fig. 6).

4) Fill with Maintenance Oil slowly (Fig. 7).

5) When filling is complete, securely attach the Oil Fill Cap by turning it clockwise.

Drain Screw

•Do not fill Maintenance Oil in a room where there is a risk of explosion or fire.

•Do not overfill Maintenance Oil in order to avoid accidental oil leaks. Pour slowly.

•Use only the NSK Maintenance Oil for iCare. Use of oil other than NSK Maintenance Oil for iCare may cause a failure and result

in insufficient product lubrication.

•Before filling with Maintenance Oil, be sure that the Drain Screw on the

underside of the Unit is tightened securely. Oil may leak if the screw is loose

(Fig. 3).
