Obtaining Customer Service and Parts
STEP 1 - Identify the problem.
If you did not experience the problem, speak with the person who did to get a clear
understanding of the nature of the problem.
STEP 2 -
Verify the problem.
Inspect the cross trainer. Determine which part(s) may be required to correct the
problem. Figures and parts lists are available on the NuStep web site at:
nustep.com or by contacting Customer Service.
STEP 3 -
Contact NuStep Customer Service.
So that our product specialists can better assist you, please have a complete
description of the problem and the serial number of the unit (see preceding page for
location of serial number on the T6).
