If your NuStep fitness equipment isn't displaying your heart rate when holding the contact grips, there are several potential reasons. First, allow 12-15 seconds for the heart rate to register by holding both grips steadily. Ensure you're grasping both sensors with both hands, maintaining a consistent grip without varying tension or position. If your hands are too wet, dry them off before grasping the sensors.
