  Media misfeeding can occur for several reasons. The media may not be correctly positioned in the tray, or the number of sheets in the tray might exceed the maximum allowed. Ensure the media is properly positioned, and remove any excess sheets. Also, check that the media guides are correctly adjusted to the media size. Remove warped or wrinkled media, smooth it out, and reload it. If it still misfeeds, do not use that media. Replace moist media with new, dry media. Using unsupported media can also cause misfeeds, so use good quality, recommended media. A dirty media feed roller can also cause this issue.

  If the media misfeed message remains on, open and close the top cover again to reset the printer. Also, recheck the media path and remove any misfed media that may still be inside the printer.

  Duplex problems can occur if the media or settings are incorrect. For autoduplexing, ensure you have a duplex option installed and that you are using the correct media. Only Letter/A4 plain paper can be autoduplexed. Do not duplex labels, postcards, thick stock, letterheads, or plain paper with a size other than Letter/ A4.

  The duplex option may misfeed due to unsupported media. Use good quality recommended media. Also, recheck the media path inside the duplex option and remove all misfed media.

  The Oki Printer may be misfeeding media because the media isn't positioned correctly in the tray. Remove the misfed media and reposition it properly. Also, if there are too many sheets in the tray, remove the excess. Ensure the media guides are adjusted to the media size. Warped or wrinkled media can also cause misfeeds, so remove and smooth it out, or replace it if necessary. Moist media should be replaced with dry media. Tray 2 is not designed for custom-sized media, labels, postcards, or thick stock; use Tray 1 for these. Load label sheets according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Using unsupported media can cause this problem, so use recommended media. A dirty media feed roller can also cause misfeeds; clean it as described in the manual.

  If you are having duplex problems with your Oki Printer, and for autoduplexing, make sure that you have a duplex option installed. Ensure you're using the correct media; only Letter/A4 plain paper can be used for autoduplexing. Avoid using labels, postcards, thick stock, letterheads, or plain paper of other sizes. Don't mix media types in Tray 1. You should also check the duplex settings in the printer driver to ensure 'Double-sided' is selected in the Layout tab.

  If your printer is feeding several sheets together, it could be because the front edges of the media are not even. Remove the media and even up the front edges, then reload it. Also, the media may be moist from humidity, so remove the moist media and replace it with new, dry media.
