  If your Oki Printer is unable to print, here are a few things to check: 1. If the printer is in Sleep or Deep Sleep mode, press the POWER SAVE button. 2. Ensure the printer is turned on. 3. Verify the LAN or USB cable is properly connected to both the printer and the computer; replace the cable if necessary. 4. If the printer is offline, press the ONLINE button. 5. Check for any error messages on the display screen. 6. Confirm the interface setting is consistent with the machine's settings and the network connection environment. 7. To check the printing performance, print the menu map by selecting Setting > Reports > Configuration on the operator panel. 8. If the ONLINE lamp flashes quickly, unplug the power cord and contact your dealer, as this indicates a malfunction.

How to fix paper jams in Oki Printer?

  To address paper jams in your Oki Printer: 1. Press button A and open the output tray completely. 2. Remove the four image drums and cover them with paper to protect them from light. 3. Gently pull out any visible jammed paper from the rear of the machine. 4. If the paper is jammed in the fuser unit, press the jam release lever and slowly pull the paper toward you. 5. Tilt back the lock levers on both sides of the fuser unit, lift the fuser unit out of the machine. 6. Turn the lock levers on both sides of the belt unit and remove the belt unit. 7. Remove the jammed paper slowly by pulling the edge of paper. 8. Hold the lock levers of belt unit and place the belt unit into the machine.
