Status Message Help Message
Shows the fuser release position sensor of the
printer caused a reading problem. The printer
recovers when the sensor is properly read after the
opening and closing of the cover of the printer.
When the printer does not recover, its fuser unit
must be replaced.

Error Code: 348
[Context]
The fuser unit is not seated properly.
[Action]
Turn off the printer power and
proceed as follows.
Open the printer top cover.
Move the blue fuser unit locking
lever to the right.
Lift out the fuser unit by its
handle and lower it back into
the printer again.
Move the blue fuser unit locking
lever to the left.
Close the printer top cover.
Turn on the printer power.
Shows an error that the printer is full of waste toner.
The printer pauses printing. Opening and closing
the cover of the printer places the printer in the
notification state.

Error Code: 357
[Context]
The waste toner box is full.
[Action]
Prepare the new waste toner
box.
Take the new waste toner box
out of it's packaging.
Raise the control panel.
Hold the right and left sides of
the printer's front cover to open.
Locate the blue lever on the
upper right of the waste toner
box and the cap on the right
side.
Take out the old waste toner
box by pressing the blue lever,
use the cap to cover the waste
toner inlet hole.
Attach the new waste toner box.
Close the printer front cover.
Shows that the waste toner transportation system
of the printer caused a problem.

Error Code: 359
[Context]
The waste toner is not being
transported to the waste toner box.
[Action]
Open the top cover.
Reset by lifting the drum basket
out and then replacing it in the
printer.
Close the top cover.
