Q Paper has been set on the tractor, but is not feed in. Message on the LCD “OFF-LINE, PAPER END”
• Confirm that the tractor being used (Front or Rear) is normally switched on/off according to the
Maintenance manual.
• Is the tractor normally switched on/off?
Yes No
• Is the connection of cable properly made to the CN5 (front tractor) and the CN4 (rear
tractor)?
Yes No
• Properly reconnect it.

• Replace the front tractor paper end switch cable and rear tractor paper end switch cable
(the cable with a problem should be selected). Can the problem be resolved?
No Yes

• Can the printer recover after the connection cable between the CN1 on the PHA board
and the CN6 on the PMA is replaced?
No Yes

• Can the printer recover after the PMA board is replaced?
No Yes

• Replace the PHA board.
