2. SPECIFIC USE
Intended use lists the admitted uses for which the
manufacturer designed and constructed the machine.
Only the strict observance of admitted uses guarantees
safe device use for the operator and exposed personnel.
For this reason, reasonably foreseeable improper use
has been identied by the manufacturer according to his
experience in equipment use.
For this reason, in addition to foreseen use, some but not
all reasonably foreseeable improper uses are listed in the
following paragraphs.
2.1 FORESEEN USE
This appliance has been developed and built to lift vehicles
with at least four wheels and only partially. One must lift
starting from the ground and at least two wheels must stay
on the ground (front or rear wheels). The load must not
weigh more than the declared capacity of the appliance
as indicated on the manufacturer’s ID plate (Fig. 2). Don’t
lift higher that what can do the lifting appliance. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions.

this manual are considered improper and hence
prohibited: the manufacturer cannot be held
liable for direct or indirect damage or injury to
persons, animals or things caused by incorrect
use of the equipment.
2.2 IMPROPER USE
Due to its structure and characteristics, the equipment may
lend itself to improper usage which has not been foreseen
by the manufacturer and which, if applied, may cause
serious accidents with harm and damage to persons,
animals and things.
Some but not all examples of reasonably foreseeable
improper use are listed below:
• It is forbidden use the appliance to support a load.
• It is forbidden to move the equipment when it’s
loaded.
• It is forbidden to move the device when the arms is
not folded (arm completely down).
• It is forbidden to lift vehicles heavier than declared
capacity of the device.
• It is forbidden lift persons or animals.
• It is forbidden lift motor vehicles carrying people and/
or animals.
• It is forbidden lift motorcycles, motorcycles with
sidecars or similar vehicles.
• It is forbidden lift three-wheel vehicles.
• It is forbidden lift special vehicles such as: forklift
trucks, agricultural machinery and tractors, excavating
machinery (diggers, excavators, bulldozers, etc.).
• It is forbidden lift motor vehicles carrying potentially
dangerous material (ammable, explosive or
corrosive materials, etc.).
• It is forbidden lift machinery or materials in general.
• It is forbidden lift materials or objects (processed
pieces, tools, etc.).
• It is forbidden lift melted metals, acids, irradiating
materials, very fragile loads.
