3.8 Safety
3.8.1 Electrical Safety
• Device with double isolation in hand-held area at normal usage, and
single isolation between primary winding and secondary output.
• High voltage test (according to IEC 1010-1)
- 5550 V (50/60 Hz) between hand-held area at normal usage and
primary winding / secondary output.
- 3250 V (50/60 Hz) between primary winding and secondary output.
• Maximum voltage (according to IEC 1010-1)
- 600 V in installation category III, degree of pollution 2.
- 300 V in installation category IV, degree of pollution 2.
