PTAT
Reference temperature data stored in the sensor
The PTAT and Pn temperature data represents values equal to
temperature values (°C) multiplied by a factor of 10 as signed 16-bit
integers
Bit D15 is the sign bit.
25.0°C = 250 (High-byte data = 0x00, Low-byte data = 0xFA)
-25.0°C = -250 (High-byte data = 0xFF, Low-byte data = 0x06)
