As for the Soft-NA, when exporting (or supplying to non-residents) goods (or technologies) requiring an
export license specified according to the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act, or an
approval, it is necessary to obtain an export license based on the act, or an approval (or permission for
service transactions).
