technical service in its analysis) will be borne by the buyer. If unforeseen
and non-budgeted defects arise in the course of the repair, the seller will
inform the buyer of such an end and, if necessary, draw up an additional
budget.
The same terms will be applicable when the defects invoked by the buyer
are derived from an inappropriate use of the article, when the product has
been manipulated by third parties before the claim, when the buyer has
carried out a poor conservation or maintenance of the product, or when
there is force majeure or any other cause external to the article itself or to
ONEAN. It will be understood in any case that there is an improper use or
poor conservation when the instructions contained in the manual and/or
documentation delivered with the article have not been complied with.
Likewise, the guarantee will not cover breakages or damages caused by
blows, falls, catastrophes, or by using the articles for uses other than those
designed, or defects caused by continued exposure to the sun, hot water
and high temperatures, or by leaving the item inside a vehicle in the sun.
In general, the buyer undertakes to immediately inspect the purchased item
and to notify ONEAN as soon as possible of any possible nonconformity
with it, avoiding in any case the aggravation of any damage, under the
principle of good faith.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of the parts as a result of
their wear, especially as regards impeller, nozzle, stator, rubbers, casing
and/or plastics; nor the esthetic deteriorations due to the normal use of the
product (like scratches, scrapes ...).
