• Do Not move the test strip in the meter during a test or
you may get an error message or the meter may turn off.
• Do Not remove the test strip until the result is displayed
or the meter will turn off.
• Do Not test while the battery is charging.
3. Read your result on the meter
Your blood glucose result
appears on the display,
along with the unit of
measure, and the date and
time of the test.
If mmol/L does not
appear with the blood
glucose result, contact the
OneTouch® Customer Care
Line at 1 800 663-5521.
m CAUTION
If the words Control Solution appear on the screen when
testing your blood glucose, repeat the test with a new
test strip. If the problem persists, contact the OneTouch®
Customer Care Line at 1 800 663-5521.
