The sample was applied before
the meter was ready.
What to do
Repeat the test with a new
test strip. Apply a blood or
control solution sample only
after Apply Blood appears on
the display. If this message
continues to appear, contact the
OneTouch® Customer Care Line
at 1 800 663-5521.
Error 3
Meter was not
ready. Retest
with a new strip.
