is opened.
Battery discharge protection
To prevent the battery from becoming
discharged, the courtesy lamps, reading
lamps and luggage compartm ent lighting
switch off automatically 20 minutes after
the ignition is switched off.
La mp cov ers
The inside of the la mp covers may mist
up briefly in poor, wet and cold weather
conditions, in heav y rain or after washing.
The mist disappears quick ly by itself; to
help, switch on the la mps.
Headlamps when driving abroad
The asymmetrical dipped b eam extends
visibility at the edge of the road at the
passenger’s side.
This causes glare for oncoming tra ffic if the
vehicle is driven in countries where traffic
drives on the opp osite side of the road.
