Track select ion
For audio CDs, the tra ck is selected within
the CD.
For MP3-CDs, the track is selected within
the a lbum selected.
If you wish to select a track while a CD/
MP3-CD is playing, proceed as follows:
Tu r n th e K 8 tune knob;
clockwise to search forwards or
anticlockwise to search ba ckwards,
until the required tra ck is selected.
The track starts to play and the track
numb er app ears on the dis play.
Tra cks can also be selected using the
SEEK wf and SEEKq g buttons,
as follows:
Press the SEEKwf button.
The next track begins to play.

Press the SEEKq g button.
The current track begins from the sta rt,
if more than 10 seconds have elapsed.
z If the SEEK wf or SEEKq g
button is pressed continuously or
pressed multiple times, the player
continues moving forwards or
backwards through the tracks on the
disc.
Fast forwa rd/backwards search
To find a specific section of a track,
proceed as follows:
You are listening to a track.
Press and hold the FWD c or REV d
button.
Playback is ad vanced/ rev ers ed qu ickly
within the track.
The sound is reduced during fast
forward/backwards searching.
Release the FWD c or REV d button
when the desired section has been
reached.
The track starts to play again at the
norm al v olume when either button has
been released.
The elapsed trac k tim e appears on the
disp lay.
