9. Remove the filter holder.

10. Install the sealing cover with the O-Ring.
11. Screw-tighten the sealing cover.
12. Protocol the measuring result without reference filter.
The measuring results without reference filter should be the same before and
after validation! Differences bigger than +/- 0.002 CU indicate gas bubbles or
other impurities!
Evaluation of the
results
Evaluation example (all data given in CU):
The following values are given in the test certificate
and on the reference filter's
filter holder:
Validation value: 0.869 CU
Tolerance: +
0.03 CU
Thus, the admissible range is:
0.869 - 0.03 to 0.869 + 0.03 = 0.839 - 0.899 CU
The measured value coincides with the admissible value within the tolerance.
There is no indication of a sensor or converter malfunction.
If the measuring results are too high, the validation filter is dirty or the filter holder
is not installed correctly!
