• Show the notification icon: Check the box to enable notification icon to
be displayed on the status bar.

• BCR Demo: Demo for barcodereader.
• Firmware Version: View the module firmware version.
3. Touch to return to the Home screen.
Scanning a Barcode
To scan a 1D barcode, perform the following:
1. Point the H-27 scan window at the bar-
code to be scanned and press the left or
right Scan key.
2. The scanned data appears on the screen.
3. Release the trigger key.
To scan a 2D barcode, perform the following:
1. Point the H-27 scan window at the bar-
code to be scanned and press the left or
right Scan key.
2. The scanned data appears on the screen.
3. Release the trigger key.
