Under the SYSTEM tab, you will find an option to update the software on your 5950 (SOFTWARE UPDATE).
Choosing SELECT FILE will open a dialogue box where you can navigate to the downloaded update.
Once the file is selected, the status bar will show the process of the update being uploaded to the 5950
