ASSEMBLY CHECKS

Check www.osetbikes.com/support for the latest, relevant technical
bullens.
Check contents of bike box: manuals, charger, tools, keys, plascs.
Remove packaging and inspect bike for imperfecons.
Fit handlebars to bike and ghten bolts.
Fit wheels (where applicable) and ghten correctly.
Check tyres are seated on the rim correctly and inated to 20psi.
Check and adjust chain tension.
Both brakes are adjusted and funconing correctly.
Fit baery (where applicable) and connect to wiring harness.
Check wires and cables are routed correctly.
Fit any bodywork (where applicable).
Check and ghten all nuts/bolts in accordance with user manual guidance.
PRE-RIDE CHECKS
OK
Foot pegs return freely.
Throle operaon is smooth and returns to zero posion freely.
Steering rotates smoothly, without knocking or snagging wires.
Suspension funcons correctly.
Magnec kill switch funcons correctly.
TEST RIDE CHECKS
OK
Check both front and rear brakes operate and are adjusted correctly.
Individually check each potenometer funcons correctly.
