Install the mudguard
bracket and fix with
the replacement
M4x10mm bolts in
the accessory
carton.

To install the front
mudguard - remove
x2 bolts to the rear
of the fork leg.

To install the
handlebars - install
the x4 M6 cap head
bolts supplied, to
secure the stem to
the fork crown.
Check the bolts
which hold the stem
to the bars are also
tight. Ensure routed
cables / hoses are
free from kinks.

To install the kill
switch - locate the
switch base onto the
LHS of the handlebar
and install the x2
screws through the
mounting plate and
into the base.

Use of a calibrated torque wrench is recommended when assembling this product.
If you lack the correct tools, skills or experience to assemble this product we recommend you
ask your authorised OSET dealer to undertake the assembly.
