DISC GUARD

To install the disc
guard - locate the
disc guard on to the
lower fork leg. Hook
the guard under the
lower of the fork leg
first, then roll and
push into position.

To install the front
wheel - first undo
the locking nut on
the drive side of the
fork.
This is a reverse
threaded nut -
Undo clockwise.

Undo the axle on the
non-drive side of the
fork and remove.
This is a regularly
threaded nut.
Undo anti-clockwise.

Fix in place with a
cable tie, pull tight to
secure and trim the
excess tie.

In order to fit the wheels, the brake pad spacers must be removed.
If they haven’t been removed already, remove both front and rear spacers now and keep in a safe
place for future use when disassembling the bike.
NOTICE
Ensure both front and rear tyres are inflated to 20 psi.
Do not exceed the maximum pressure rating as specified on the tyre sidewall.
