Bike won’t turn on.
Kill switch lanyard removed. Connect kill switch lanyard.
Low battery charge. Charge battery.
Battery lead not properly connected. Check lead connection at both ends.
Blown fuse. Check and replace fuses.
Bike shuts off when full
throttle is applied.
Low battery charge. Charge battery.
Battery is moving/rattling in
the bike.
Battery strap not tight.
Ensure strap is tensioned
sufficiently.
Battery not seated correctly. Ensure battery is installed correctly.
Battery pad rubbers damaged. Replace battery pad.
Insufficient braking power.
New pads not sufficiently bedded in. Follow brake bedding in procedure.
Pads worn below minimum limit. Check pad wear. Replace as required.
Incorrect caliper alignment.
Adjust rear caliper position when
rear wheel position changes.
To check the chain
wear - Ensure the
chain is pulled tight,
then hook your
included OSET chain
tool into a link of the
chain.

worn and needs
replacing.
