Once a fault has been rectified;
Power down the bike and follow the startup procedure again to clear the fault. If the fault code
remains, or for advice on rectifying any faults contact your authorised OSET retailer.
NOTICE
113 Battery - Over temperature. Allow system to cool. Power bike off/on.
114 Battery - Under temperature / signal fault. Check connections.
211 Controller - Over current protection. Power bike off/on.
213 Controller - Under voltage protection. Charge battery and reboot bike.
214 Controller - Over temperature. Allow system to cool. Power bike off/on.
222 Controller - Measurement error. Contact retailer.
311 Motor - Over temperature. Allow system to cool. Power bike off/on.
323 Motor - Phase current loss protection. Power bike off/on.
331 Motor - Encoder communication fault.
Check motor connections.
Power bike off/on. Contact retailer
332 Motor - Encoder over temperature. Allow system to cool. Power bike off/on.
333 Motor - NTC fault. Power bike off/on. Contact retailer.
341 Motor - Locked motor fault. Power bike off/on.
411 Throttle - Signal fault.
Check throttle connection.
Power bike off/on.
412 Throttle - Signal fault.
413 Throttle - Signal fault.
431 Keypad - Riding signal fault.
Check keypad connection.
Power bike off/on.
432 Keypad - Startup signal fault.
