Chapter 1 Brief Introduction
CP/TP-832 system belongs to CDX8000 series PABX, they were developed by our company
in many years. For the design, it’s used by the professional communication control theory; For the
quality, it’s used by the industrial parts; For the production, it’s used by the standard of ISO9001, it
has the features of good quality of connection, reliable & steady system, strong expansion,
convenient maintenance and good compatibility.
CP/TP-832 system used by new SMD chip mounter production technology and brand new
design, it has increased more than 10 new functions.
The system minimum capacity is 4 C.O.lines with 16 extension lines and maximum capacity
is 8 C.O. lines with 32 extension lines.
Main Function Features
C.O.Lines Auto-Detected: advanced C.O.lines auto-detected function, not need set the
C.O.lines detection and plug and play.(this is standard configure for CP832 series
and optional configure for TP832 series)
Fast Dialing Function: In the condition of direct or indirect outgoing, the system can
support any fast dialing operation.
System CRBT Function： except for operator and auto-attendant mode, the system can
play the OGM without dialing any number. Connect with the computer, can record the
promote information of the company and play it to customers. (same as the CRBT of
ISP)
Day/Night Mode: According to the class of the outgoing and the right of the incoming
extensions & outgoing CO lines, the system can change the mode by operator or
automatic way, and also can automatically change the computer operator day/night
mode.
Three Way Conference and External Transfer Function: Allow to add a third party to a
two-party conversation and make a three-party conference. You can have only two Ext.
with one C.O.line. And can make an outgoing call from one Ext then divert and connect
other Ext to C.O.line.
Mutiple Dial-Out Mode:Can choose dial-out number or direct dial CO line, and can
choose the dial-out number freely.
Inquiry Function: Transfer caller ID report, edition number display and system condition
display.
Operator Function: This system can be set two operator for reservation, call forwarding,
call transfer and manager secretary.
Call Switch (call pick during conversation): During the conversation, if other external
line call, or doorphone, or other extensions call, can reserve the conversation and
auto-answer other calling.
Flexible Extension Number：The number of extension can be set up one to four digits
Auto IP Dialing: Allow you to dial IP phone freely.
Extension Hot Line Function: Any extension line can be set by picking up to call
operator automatically.
Four Extensions Group: Maximum four extensions group and each group can set the
