Use gas leak test to find leaks
and repair as needed.

Ensure furnace temperature
and gas flows are correct.

Use gas leak test to find leaks
and repair as needed.
Detector Module Will Not
Zero (auto zero light lit)
Detector is contaminated
Inspect and clean as needed.
Sample system is
contaminated
Clean sample system.
High-voltage is too high
Use High Voltage Adjustment
procedure to check. Adjust as
needed.
Processor board is bad
If board will not zero with
signal input shorted, the
processor board is bad.
Pre-Amp is bad
Replace with new Pre-Amp.
UV Lamp is not nulled
Use UV Lamp Nulling
procedure to check. Correct
as needed.
PMT is bad
Check response with a new
PMT-Tube.
Analog Power Supply is bad
Measure the outputs of the
analog power supplies in the
detector enclosure and
detector interface module for
+15 volts,-15 volts, and +5
volts. Replace power supplies
as needed.
