Operating Elements
This chapter describes the operating elements of the different
tail lift models. To identify you model, refer to “How to Find Your
Tail Lift Model”, p. 13.
You can operate the tail lift in several possible ways:
1. using the lateral operating element (depending on the
model, see p. 42 to p. 125),
2. using the joystick (see p. 56),
3. using the two manual cable switches (for column lift, see p. 100),
4. using the foot control (optional, see p. 106) or
5. using the hand cable control (optional, see p. 108) or
6. using the radio remote control unit (optional, see p. 116) or
7. using the special operating elements (optional, see p. 118).
Note: These instructions describe the standard range of prod-
ucts. Special product lines may differ from the descriptions
in here or may have enhanced functions. For a detailed de-
scription of your product type, please contact our customer
service.
CAUTION!
Risk of accidents and injury!
If the safety and warning devices of the tail lift are damaged
or missing, personal injuries or material damage can occur.
Ensure that all safety and warning devices are present and
operational.
