The following examples show the multiple connections.
Connecting Tubing Between Indoor and Outdoor Units
Indoor Unit Tubing Connection
Connectable or disconnectable units vary depending on a series of outdoor units. Refer to instructions for
the outdoor unit as well.
Two, three or four indoor units can be operated simultaneously with a single remote controller.
Note that individual operation is not possible.
Master unit and slave unit can be set automatically in twin, triple and double twin system.
No address setting is necessary.

(1) Tightly connect the indoor-side refrigerant tubing extended from the wall with the outdoor-side tubing.
Applicable “TWIN”, “TRIPLE” and “DOUBLE TWIN” combination table
(2) To fasten the flare nuts, apply specified torque.
When removing the flare nuts from the tubing connections, or when tightening them after connecting the tubing,
be sure to use two spanners. When tightening the flare nuts, use a torque wrench.
If the flare nuts are over-tightened, the flare may be damaged, which could result in refrigerant leakage and
cause injury or asphyxiation to room occupants.
